Android 14 features: What’s new?

Google discharged the stable build of Android 14 in late October. It claims that it has started overhauling Pixel phones along with eligible smartphones from other Android OEMs. Pixel owners can introduce computer programs to their handsets that are currently using our Android 14 establishment directly.

Google specifically notes that clients can currently scale the size of text styles up to 200% in Android 14 vs. Android 13, which tops out at 130% on Pixels. Interestingly, the company says it will also use non-linear text-style scaling so that content that’s already too large won’t encourage large projections. For example, a headline may not see an increase in measurement, but a bit of content below the headline may be larger.

If you’re hard of hearing, Android 14 allows you to see and light up notifications using the Camera Streak. You can toggle these settings in the Openness section.
